ALEXIS KARPETSKY WORKSHOP

While working for Rivers & Christian, Alexis was a lead role in the construction documents, permit processing and construction administration for three new concessions going in the Southwest Terminal of the Los Angeles International Airport.  Soto & Sanchez has worked with Rivers & Christian before with designing concessions in other terminals and turned to the experts for developing I Love LA, Treat Me Sweet and Sol Surf.  Alexis' responsibilities included job coordination, complete production of construction documents, maintaining client relations, project submittals with governing agencies such as LAWA, LADBS and Westfield for all three projects.  The projects were under a very short schedule and worked closely with general contractor, Premier Interior Development to ensure a timely completion.  I Love LA, Treat Me Sweet and Sol Surf in Terminal 1 were opened for business on January 2016.
