1. C Street Apartments
Modernization of a multi-family residential complex located in Golden Hills that involved the renovation of a 10-unit building and conversion of a detached 2-story dwelling that existed on the premises. Each apartment was completely rehabilitated with a kitchen and bath remodel, new light fixtures, new doors and windows, upgraded appliances and new finishes throughout. The interior of the 2-story dwelling was modified into two rental units.
2. Cloud Cream
Ice cream parlor located in the Gaslamp Quarter.
3. Meer Residence
1,0000 SF deck addition and landscape design for a single family residence in Hollywood Hills, California.
