Better Buzz Coffee, a local coffee and roasting company with several establishments in the greater San Diego area, turned to Point Loma to expand their franchise.  Located along the busy street of Rosecrans, acquired a small stand-alone building with an existing drive-thru to accommodate their driving patrons.  This 1,100 sf tenant improvement from the previous Mexican drive-thru included new custom built-in seating, large serving bar, kitchen remodel, restroom remodel, and new awnings and exterior finishes.  Other improvements included an outdoor seating area and new signage.  With the harbor and clubhouses near by, as well as the naval station, this location embraced their nautical surroundings while maintaining their signature branding.  This Better Buzz Coffee location opened for business in June 2015.
